Position Summary
As a Project Manager – Electronics at E-BI, you will lead the execution of complex electronics-focused projects—from concept and prototyping through production and global delivery—within E-BI’s full-service manufacturing ecosystem. You’ll guide projects using PMP-certified methodologies, collaborating closely with engineering, sourcing, production, QA, and logistics teams. Your leadership will ensure electronic assemblies meet technical, quality, cost, and delivery expectations while leveraging the capabilities of E-BI’s global Star Factory Alliance.
Key Responsibilities

Full Lifecycle Electronics Project Oversight
Manage electronics projects including PCB assembly, product testing, prototyping, design engineering, and contract manufacturing—as part of a global, turnkey offering. -
PMP-Based Methodology & QA Integration
Lead projects using PMP-certified frameworks to ensure consistent, reproducible execution from initiation to closure, incorporating robust quality controls and ISO 9001 standards. -
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Supplier Coordination
Coordinate with internal electronics specialists and manage subcontractor partners within the Star Factory Alliance to match technical requirements, volume, cost, and delivery timelines. -
Scope, Cost & Timeline Control
Define project scope, map milestones, allocate resources, monitor budgets, and mitigate risks to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. -
Quality & Compliance Assurance
Ensure electronics deliverables meet necessary quality and compliance thresholds via testing, metrology, and QA processes across E-BI’s vetted facilities. -
Supply Chain & Logistics Alignment
Leverage E-BI’s Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) system to align electronics project delivery with global logistics, ensuring transparency and efficiency at every step. -
Client & Stakeholder Communication
Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams—providing regular updates on development, production, testing, and delivery milestones.
Desired Qualifications

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience in electronics, PCB assembly, or contract manufacturing—preferably in regulated or high-quality environments. -
Certifications & Methodologies
PMP certification strongly preferred. Familiarity with ISO 9001 (and relevant electronics-related quality standards) is a plus. -
Technical and Analytical Expertise
Understanding of electronics manufacturing processes (e.g., PCB assembly, testing); strong organizational skills and analytical decision-making enabled by performance data and metrics. -
Communication & Leadership Skills
Excellent stakeholder management abilities; effective cross-functional coordination across engineering, suppliers, QA, and logistics.
