As a Project Manager – Metal Formation at E-BI, you will oversee and drive the end-to-end delivery of metal forming and machining projects—spanning processes such as stamping, bending, forging, rolling, milling, welding, chemical etching, grinding, and finishing. Working within E-BI’s global specialty contract manufacturing ecosystem, you’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure robust quality and compliance, and deliver projects that meet technical precision, cost, and timeline goals.

• Lead Metal Formation Projects
  Manage all phases of metal formation projects—from scope definition and subcontractor coordination to execution and delivery—covering processes like turning, milling, bending, forging, rolling, stamping, welding, chemical etching, and finishing (e.g., polishing, plating, anodizing).

• Cross-Functional & Global Coordination
  Collaborate with internal specialist engineers, sourcing teams, quality assurance, and logistics. Liaise with members of E-BI’s Star Factory Alliance to match project needs with partner capabilities globally.

• Project Planning & Execution
  Define project scopes, develop schedules, manage budgets, anticipate risks, and ensure projects adhere to quality, cost, and delivery metrics.

• Quality & Compliance Assurance
  Ensure all metal formation deliverables meet stringent quality standards—including ISO 9001—and coordinate with QA/metrology teams for dimensional and performance verifications.

• Process Optimization & Risk Mitigation
  Implement process improvements and risk mitigation strategies for metal forming operations, considering factors such as tight tolerances and material handling.

• Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
  Maintain transparent communication with clients and internal stakeholders—including regular status updates, progress reports, and issue escalation throughout the project lifecycle.

• Education & Experience
  Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or similar. 3–6 years of experience managing metal forming, machining, or manufacturing projects—ideally within contract manufacturing or complex supply chain environments.

• Technical Proficiency
  Thorough understanding of metal forming and machining processes, including forging, stamping, CNC milling, welding, bending, and finishing techniques.

• Project Management Competence
  Proficient in scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and risk assessment. PMP certification is strongly preferred; familiarity with ISO 9001 and quality systems is an asset.

  Strong capacity for detail-oriented multitasking with data-driven decision-making.
