As a Sourcing Manager at E‑BI, you will lead the strategic procurement of materials, components, and services across the company’s global manufacturing network. You will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies that optimize cost, quality, delivery, and risk while ensuring alignment with E‑BI’s high standards of operational excellence. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and contract manufacturers to support the delivery of turnkey manufacturing solutions.

• Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management
  Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with global suppliers to meet cost, quality, and delivery objectives. Leverage E‑BI’s Star Factory Alliance for specialty sourcing solutions.

• Procurement Strategy Development
  Design and implement sourcing strategies for materials, components, and services, including electronics, plastics, metal, and assembly partners.

• Cost Optimization & Negotiation
  Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with suppliers to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality and reliability.

• Supplier Performance & Risk Management
  Monitor supplier performance, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions as needed. Manage risks related to supplier reliability, capacity, and compliance.

• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams
  Partner with engineering, quality assurance, project management, and operations teams to ensure materials and components meet technical requirements and production schedules.

• Market Analysis & Innovation
  Stay informed about global market trends, new suppliers, and emerging materials or technologies that can enhance E‑BI’s manufacturing capabilities.

• Sustainability & Compliance
  Promote sustainable sourcing practices and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

• Education & Experience
  Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing or electronics industries.

• Technical & Analytical Skills
  Strong knowledge of sourcing methodologies, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation. Experience with ERP or procurement systems is preferred.
