Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) System
E-BI has developed a solid Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) process that makes it possible to deliver quality goods on time and at the most competitive volume pricing. GSCM allows customers and employees to access and exchange information in real-time, providing account information 24 hours a day.
Our system monitors and controls every step of the process with the highest accuracy, reliability, efficiency and repeatability. Behind the scenes, E-BI quickly identifies and repairs any “weak links” in the process. The E-BI Operations Task List provides a complete solution to the seamless implementation of global sourcing.
