E-BI has over 20 years of experience in glass manufacturing processes including: 

 Blow and Blow Method

Used for narrow containers where the parison is formed by compressed air. Compressed air is used to form the gob into a parison, which establishes the neck finish and gives the gob uniform shape. The parison is then flipped to the other side of the machine, and air is used to blow it into its desired shape.

Press AND BLOW METHOD

Used for large diameter finish containers in which the parison is shapped by pressing the glass against the blank mold with the metal plunger.

Free Blowing

This method of glass design is the first and original method for working with glass. Small bursts of air are blown into the gobs of heated, molten material at the end of a blowpipe. The blown air allows the interior spaces of the glass to cool and achieve uniform texture with the exterior.

Mold Blowing

Molten glass is handled at the end of a blowpipe. The glass is immediately placed into a pre-designed mold of wood or metal and then blown to the appropriate measure. Mold blowing is commonly used for functional glass art pieces.

Pattern molding

The glass is placed into a predesigned mold whose interior has a raised pattern so that the object shows the pattern with a concavity on the inside, underlying the concavity on the outside.
