As a Project Manager at E-BI, you will oversee end-to-end project delivery across design, prototyping, manufacturing, quality assurance, and global logistics. Leveraging a PMP-driven framework, you’ll guide complex initiatives from initiation through to successful completion, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, optimized workflows across our global factory network, and excellence in client collaboration.

• Project Leadership & Ownership
  Lead and manage manufacturing and QA initiatives from project kickoff through execution and closure, upholding global standards and timelines.

• PMP-Certified Governance
  Utilize project methodologies aligned with PMP certifications to structure schedules, ensure accountability, manage risk, and optimize resource allocation.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  Work closely with internal teams—design, engineering, operations, supply chain—and external partners to coordinate deliverables and ensure alignment with client expectations.

• Client Communication & Reporting
  Keep clients and internal stakeholders informed with timely, transparent reporting on project status, milestones, risks, and deliverables.

• Certifications & Experience
  Demonstrated success managing end-to-end manufacturing or supply chain projects—especially across global, multi-site environments.

• Industry Knowledge
  Understanding of contract manufacturing, prototyping, product testing, and QA workflows. Familiarity with ISO 9001 compliance standards is a strong plus.

• Project Management Expertise
  Proficient in defining scopes, managing schedules and budgets, mitigating risks, and delivering on quality metrics. Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
