Project Manager – Precision Plastics Shenzhen, China
Position Summary
As a Project Manager – Precision Plastics at E-BI, you will oversee full-cycle plastic manufacturing projects—from concept and prototyping through final production and delivery. Leverage E-BI’s industry-recognized capabilities in injection molding, blow molding, overmolding, thermoforming, and precision plastics, with global coordination across their vetted manufacturing network. Your leadership will ensure technical accuracy, superior quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery within E-BI’s global contract manufacturing framework.
Key Responsibilities

Manage Precision Plastics Projects
Lead projects involving plastic forming techniques such as injection molding, overmolding, rotational molding, insert molding, vacuum forming, thermoforming, and film insert molding. Ensure efficient execution from design to delivery. -
Scope Definition & Execution Strategy
Establish project scopes, outline milestones, allocate necessary resources, and manage budgets, risks, and schedules to meet quality, timeline, and financial objectives. -
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams—design, engineering, quality assurance, logistics—and coordinate with E-BI’s global Star Factory Alliance to select the best-fit plastic manufacturing partners. -
Quality & Compliance Oversight
Uphold high manufacturing standards through E-BI’s ISO-certified quality systems and rigorous QA testing methods. -
Process Optimization
Continuously evaluate processes to improve cost-efficiency, reduce waste (aligned with sustainable practices), and enhance production outcomes. -
Client & Stakeholder Communication
Provide ongoing project updates, performance insights, risk mitigation strategies, and smoothly manage project deliverables between clients and internal teams.
Desired Qualifications

Education & Project Management Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Plastics Engineering, Materials Science, or Project Management. At least 3–5 years managing manufacturing or labor-intensive projects with an emphasis on plastics or similar materials. -
Technical Expertise in Plastics Manufacturing
Solid understanding of plastic processing methods—including injection molding, overmolding, thermoforming, rotational molding, and film insert molding—with ability to engage in technical trade-offs and process selection. -
Project Management Credentials
PMP certification strongly preferred. Experience with ISO-certified quality systems and familiarity with global manufacturing standards. -
Analytical & Organizational Acumen
Strong planning, budgeting, and scheduling skills combined with data-driven decision-making capabilities. -
Leadership & Communication
Proven record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on schedule, while maintaining open lines of communication with diverse stakeholders.
