Position Summary
As the Sales Development Manager at E-BI, you’ll lead the growth of our sales development team, directing lead generation strategies, coaching high-performing SDRs, and ensuring alignment with our mission of delivering global specialty contract manufacturing excellence. You will be vital in scaling business outreach and advancing opportunities across diverse industries that rely on our services—from prototyping and engineering to global logistics and IP protection.

Lead & Mentor the SDR Team
Attract, manage, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives with a focus on career growth and goal attainment. -
Strategic Campaign Development
Design and execute targeted, multi-channel outreach programs—including email, cold calling, LinkedIn, and industry events—to generate qualified pipeline that aligns with E-BI’s core offerings. -
Performance Optimization & Metrics
Establish key performance indicators (e.g., meeting volume, conversion rates, pipeline value) and continuously refine outreach tactics and messaging for improved efficiency and impact. -
Cross-functional Collaboration
Liaise with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, and Operations to align on messaging, go-to-market strategies, and integrated campaigns that reflect E-BI’s specialties like prototyping, QA, supply chain, design engineering, and IP protection. -
Market Insights & Segmentation
Analyze market trends and segmentation strategies to identify new verticals or regions—particularly in electronics, consumer goods, or other manufacturing domains where E-BI excels. -
Sales Process Alignment
Partner with Account Executives to define clean lead handoff frameworks, ensuring seamless progression from prospecting to conversion. -
Reporting & Forecasting
Oversee CRM data integrity and use insights to forecast pipeline growth and SDR team performance.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. 4–6+ years in sales development or business development, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role, ideally in manufacturing, supply chain, or B2B environments. -
Industry Knowledge
Familiarity with contract manufacturing, electronics, global logistics, quality assurance, or IP protection is a strong asset. -
CRM & Sales Tools Proficiency
Strong competency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and sales acceleration tools. Data fluency for performance tracking and reporting is essential. -
Leadership & Communication
Excellent coaching and mentoring skills. Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation capabilities, with the ability to articulate value propositions and inspire a team. -
Analytical & Strategic Mindset
Strong analytical abilities to interpret performance data, adapt strategies, and deliver measurable results. -
